Note: The Netscape Navigator version 4.7, and Opera, version 3.6,
can't deal with the transparency of the PNG-format, and therefore, can't
display these pages correctly.
NetPositive 2.2.1 resizes all images to be one pixel smaller in both directions
which doesn't look very good
